Just 4 Ingredient are required to make this soft,delicious yummy sweet  Dates Truffles. It can be rolled in any of your favourites like cocoa powder, crushed pistachio ,dessicated coconut etc..

Here I have used 3 types of covering .I have rolled them into dessicated coconuts,cocoa powder , sesame seeds and crushed pistachio…you can also add coconut to the dates mixture and shape it.

Instructions
  1. Blend together chopped soft dates, cocoa powder well
  2. Add in the crushed Almonds and mix well.
  3. Refrigerate the mixture if it's too soft then shape them into balls
  4. Rollin the desired coating and chill it.
